Expertise in materials and construction
Element ehf. imports cross-laminated timber from the Austrian manufacturer KLH Massivholz GmbH and prefabricated bathrooms from the Danish manufacturer Green Box A/S.
Through our cross-laminated timber projects since 2015 we have built up extensive expertise and experience that benefits our clients. The company's management also has many years of experience in the construction industry.
Element grew out of the Fosshótel Jökulsárlón project. When the structural materials for this hotel of just over 100 rooms were evaluated, KLH cross-laminated timber was chosen. Following this first project, which was also the largest CLT project in Iceland at the time, we obtained the KLH agency for Iceland.
In 2022 we met the Danish manufacturer Green Box A/S, which produces prefabricated bathrooms.
We place great emphasis on honest business, professionalism and delivering good work.
