The project is an 11-apartment building situated in a magnificent scenic location by Reyðarfjörður. Nordic Swan Ecolabelled cross-laminated timber (CLT) with a pre-applied breathable membrane was used for the walls, floors and roof. The installation time was approximately two and a half weeks.
